Section 1

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires it, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Capitalised terms not defined elsewhere in the body of these Terms carry the meanings set out in this section.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pgknbd.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the pgknbd platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pgknbd platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the full and complete agreement between you and pgknbd with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior representations, discussions, or informal agreements — whether written or verbal — relating to the same subject matter. No employee, agent, or representative of pgknbd has the authority to vary these Terms on a case-by-case basis outside of what is expressly stated herein.

pgknbd reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to any player who does not comply with these Terms. Such refusal or termination may be carried out without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, underage access, or deliberate exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the pgknbd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction you may be located in — 18 is the minimum age on pgknbd, universally.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship are not eligible.
• Single account: You are only permitted to hold one registered account on pgknbd at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Personal use: You must be registering and using the account on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Not a pgknbd employee: Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of pgknbd staff are not permitted to hold player accounts on the platform.

pgknbd employs age verification checks at the point of registration and as part of the KYC process prior to first withdrawal. Accepted verification documents for Bangladesh-based players include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) and a valid passport. pgknbd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage if it has reasonable grounds to question a player's age or identity.

Section 4

Account Registration & Verification

Registration on pgknbd is straightforward and requires a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate personal information including your full legal name and date of birth. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all details provided are truthful and accurate.

KYC Verification: Before pgknbd processes your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document — typically your Bangladesh National ID (NID) or passport. The KYC process confirms your identity, age, and the ownership of the payment method linked to your account. KYC is a mandatory and non-negotiable step; no exceptions are granted.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgknbd account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pgknbd immediately at [email protected]. pgknbd cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access that occurred due to your failure to maintain password security.

One account per player: Each player is permitted a single registered account on pgknbd. Where multiple accounts are detected — whether through matching personal details, shared payment methods, shared IP addresses, or other indicators — pgknbd reserves the right to merge or permanently close the duplicate accounts and to withhold any bonuses or winnings derived through the duplicated accounts.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pgknbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pgknbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The following terms apply to all transactions on the platform.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for bKash and Nagad; minimum deposit thresholds for other methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your pgknbd balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
• Fees: pgknbd does not charge any deposit processing fees. Any fees applied by your payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction charges) are outside pgknbd's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Source of funds: All funds deposited to pgknbd must originate from a payment method owned by you personally. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit payment is deducted from your bKash or bank account but does not appear in your pgknbd balance within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference. pgknbd will investigate and resolve confirmed discrepancies within 48 hours.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum withdrawal thresholds for other methods are displayed in the cashier section.
• KYC prerequisite: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be queued and processed only after verification is cleared.
• Processing time: For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on average during normal operating conditions. During peak periods — particularly following major BPL or ICC match nights — processing may take up to 4 hours.
• Matching payment method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the player's own funds.
• Right to review: pgknbd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request before releasing funds. Such checks will not ordinarily delay processing beyond 24 hours. Players will be notified by email if additional documentation is required.
• Winnings from bonus funds: Winnings derived from bonus funds are only withdrawable after the full wagering requirement attached to the bonus has been met. Real-money balance is always withdrawable independently of any bonus-fund wagering obligation, provided KYC is complete.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

pgknbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins on selected Pragmatic Play slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL and ICC T20 World Cup. The following general terms apply to all pgknbd bonuses and promotions.

• Eligibility: All bonuses on pgknbd are subject to individual eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players who have completed registration, have a verified email address, and have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Unless marked as a "no-wagering" promotion, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet sizes, and expiry periods applicable to each offer are published alongside that offer. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%-20%). The contribution rates for each game category are listed in the individual offer's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and free-spin rewards that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your balance without prior notification. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap — typically 5x the original bonus value. Any winnings above this cap will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal.
• Abuse and misuse: pgknbd reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a player has exploited, abused, or misused a promotional offer. This includes placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or any other strategy that pgknbd considers contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Promotion modifications: pgknbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions will not be retroactively modified in a way that materially disadvantages players who have already commenced meeting a wagering requirement.

Section 7

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on pgknbd is subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (e.g., for live casino, sports betting, or individual slot games) are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: pgknbd reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet placed on the platform. Bets accepted in error — for example, at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical fault — may be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds and markets: Sports betting odds on pgknbd are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that will apply to the outcome of that bet.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on pgknbd. These limits are displayed within the relevant product area. For cricket betting, the minimum stake is ৳50. For casino table games, the minimum and maximum limits are shown on each table.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, event postponement beyond a defined threshold, obvious pricing error, or technical failure that materially affected the integrity of the bet. Voided bets result in a full stake refund.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are placed subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for data feed latency. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event moment has been determined — even if the platform did not yet reflect this outcome — may be voided at pgknbd's discretion.
• RNG games: All casino slot games and table games on pgknbd use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied and certified by the respective game studio. The outcome of each game round is determined independently by the RNG and is not influenced by previous rounds, bet sizes, or any action by pgknbd. Theoretical RTP values are published by the game studio and displayed in the game's information panel.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game — including betting limits, side-bet availability, and payout ratios — are governed by the rules of the respective game studio and are displayed on-screen within the live table interface.
• Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result or game outcome, the pgknbd system logs are the authoritative record. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event or game round by contacting [email protected]. pgknbd will respond to disputes within 5 business days.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

pgknbd is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a financial tool, not a way to recover losses, and not a solution to personal or financial difficulties. If gambling ever stops being enjoyable for you, pgknbd provides the following tools and support mechanisms, all accessible at no cost from your Account Settings panel.

pgknbd staff are trained to recognise and respond to indicators of problem gambling behaviour. Where such indicators are observed, pgknbd reserves the right to proactively impose temporary deposit limits or request a welfare check conversation with the player concerned. This is not a punitive measure — it is part of our commitment to player safety.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pgknbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and — where criminal activity is involved — referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

1. Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access pgknbd while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating underage access to the platform.
2. Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on pgknbd, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
3. False identity: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating any other person.
4. Automated access: Using bots, scripts, macros, scrapers, or any automated software to interact with the pgknbd platform — including placing bets, navigating the lobby, or harvesting data.
5. Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, sports betting market, or tournament offered on pgknbd.
6. Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing mistake, or system vulnerability on the pgknbd platform. Any winnings accumulated through a demonstrable exploit are not payable and will be voided.
7. Money laundering: Using the pgknbd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering scheme, or using the platform in connection with any other financial crime.
8. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider relating to a genuine pgknbd transaction. Players who initiate unjustified chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed and the full chargeback amount pursued as a debt.
9. Third-party payment: Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you personally, or receiving withdrawals to a payment method not in your own name.
10. Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at pgknbd support staff or other players via any channel.

Section 10

Account Suspension & Closure

pgknbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including false identity, money laundering, or chargebacks.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same player.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account restriction.
• Player request — either temporary self-exclusion or permanent voluntary closure.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login for 24 consecutive months).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen but not forfeited during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes without findings of wrongdoing, the balance will be restored and the account reinstated or closed with balance returned at the player's election. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, pgknbd reserves the right to withhold balances that represent proceeds of the prohibited conduct.

Dormant accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pgknbd will send at least two email notifications to your registered address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the remaining balance. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly classified as dormant should contact [email protected].

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

pgknbd provides the platform, games, and betting services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure continuous availability and accurate performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may temporarily affect access to some or all platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgknbd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgknbd shall not be liable for any of the following, even if pgknbd has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage:

• Loss of profits or winnings resulting from platform unavailability, bet voidance due to technical error, or any other interruption to service outside pgknbd's reasonable control.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, including lost data, lost opportunity, reputational harm, or third-party claims arising from your use of the pgknbd platform.
• Force majeure events: pgknbd is not liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet service provider outages, power failures, cyberattacks, or pandemics.
• Third-party content: Game content, live casino streams, and sports data feeds are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. pgknbd is not liable for errors, interruptions, or incorrect outcomes arising from faults within third-party game or data systems, provided pgknbd takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of such faults.
• Unauthorised account access: pgknbd is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

pgknbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We recognise that changes to terms can have a real impact on players, and we are committed to communicating those changes fairly and transparently.

Notification of material changes: Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player — for example, changes to withdrawal processing times, wagering requirement structures, or eligibility criteria — pgknbd will notify all registered players by email to their registered address no fewer than 7 days before the amended terms take effect. The notification email will summarise the nature of the changes and include a link to the full revised Terms.

Minor and administrative changes: Non-material updates — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date on which any revision was published.

Continued use constitutes acceptance: By continuing to use the pgknbd platform after the effective date of any revised Terms, you confirm your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and balance return via [email protected] before the effective date.
